Thank you so much for everything your firm provided to me. It was absolutely necessary that an accountant prepare this document, and Mr. Anthony Frias Munoz did a fantastic job, apparently. After I applied for an extension for my residence permit which was supposed to be for two years, I was then notified that it would five years with an option to convert the residence permit into a permanent residence for European Union or the Netherlands. None of this would have been possible without the assistance of Orange Tax and their staff, like Mr. Anthony Frias Munoz. This place was a little pricier than others, but definitely worth the extra money. Take care and I am looking forward to working with your accountancy firm again in the future.

As an expat, I find it very confusing to file my Dutch taxes, but Orange Tax makes it easy. They are quick and responsive and can answer my questions in English. (I do speak Nederlands, but for complex topics where the details matter, English can be crucial for me.) I don't find taxes exciting, or fun, but Orange Tax makes them possible for me.

I contracted the company to set up my BV online cause I had to travel in the meantime. I was told that I could go without any problem and everything would be handled by them. Unfortunately, that is not what happened. One week later the notary told me that I had to go in person or sign a power of attorney and legalize it in another notary. I changed all my plans and went there in the Notary and surprisingly they took care of everything. I complained about the service with OrangeTax and they used the excuse of "I told you the process was done MOSTLY online", really?!? After telling you I was going abroad and had a tight deadline, you are twisting word to make you look like right? My advice for everyone, just go straight to the Notary, they will take care of all the steps for you. It makes no sense to pay a BIG FEE for a ONLINE service where you need to show up in another notary anyway. Ps. Don't tell me you answered questions, cause it was an address and a fiscal year questions. Edit: This meeting mentioned in their reply never happened. I had literally a 5 minutes call to ask if I should put my personal address and if I want an extended year. 266 Euros for that
