Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over Alexia! We wilden graag een douche, apart bad én wc in onze badkamer, maar hadden geen idee hoe we dit moesten indelen. Alexia heeft dit op een creatieve en slimme manier voor ons opgelost. Ze zag mogelijkheden waar wij ze niet zagen en wist de ruimte optimaal te benutten zonder dat het krap aanvoelt. De communicatie via WhatsApp en telefonisch verliep heel prettig en snel. We zijn super blij met het eindresultaat en bij onze volgende verbouwing van het toilet beneden gaan we dan ook 100% zeker weer met Alexia aan de slag. Absoluut een aanrader!

Alexia Home Designs did an absolutely incredible job transforming my house into a home. When I first moved in, I often found myself avoiding spending too much time at home—it just didn’t feel like mine. Now, my space is cozy, inviting, and perfectly reflects my personality and style. Alexia has an amazing eye for design, and her ability to turn a vision into reality is truly impressive. Every detail she incorporated feels thoughtful and intentional, making my home a place I genuinely love being in. I couldn’t be happier with the results and can’t recommend her services enough. If you’re looking for someone to help you create a space that feels uniquely yours, just look at the before and after photos and you'll see---Alexia is the one to call!

I first contacted Alexia in July 2025 regarding an interior design and renovation project for my Amsterdam apartment. I paid €2904 (50% of the original design fee) in October. Renovations were meant to start when I went abroad in early December, which was a key reason I hired her. Communication was inconsistent and slow, with some responses taking weeks. The initial design file contained errors, incorrect labels, and even content from another client’s project. Additional commissions were later introduced, which Alexia claims I agreed to in a Client Agreement – but despite repeated requests, no signed copy of this agreement was provided or discussed. Two weeks before my trip, the bathroom – a major part of the agreed scope – was removed, despite earlier assurances that it could be completed within budget and during my time overseas. A revised fee was only proposed after multiple follow-ups, and I received an invoice for €6,000 for materials before final designs were completed or approved. I was ready to pay this amount, but Alexia did not address crucial issues I had raised at this time. I didn’t hear from Alexia again until mid-January 2026. No renovations or procurement had started, and I still hadn’t received the final design. Given the delays, slow replies and missing documents, I decided not to proceed. I requested a partial refund of the initial payment, which was refused. It was only after I requested a refund that she provided an updated design file. Nearly 4 weeks later, my apartment keys have still not been returned. Attempts to contact her have been ignored. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with Alexia Home Designs.

Nearly four weeks after terminating my project with Alexia Home Designs, my apartment keys have still not been returned. I have had to file an official report with the police regarding this issue.

Thanks to Alexia our living room is both the biggest eyecatcher as well as the most cozy and beautiful place to be in our home! Alexia caught the essence of me and my husband’s different styles, combined them perfectly and we get loads of compliments about the result. The process took a little longer than we expected, but we’re very happy with what Alexia created for us!

Alexia has been designing entirely my bedroom in Amsterdam. The small size of the bedroom made it complex to organize a sufficient space for storage. Her role was to find the best layout to optimize storage space. Alexia is very professional and will listen to you to get a result that match your colors, personality and budget. She has been organizing and leading every step from plastered, to final decoration. Im really happy with my new room it fits perfectly my need and my personality. I strongly recommend to work with Alexia!
