here we are

Arjan en Dimitri zijn mijn steun en toeverlaat geweest tijdens een hele spannende periode uit mijn leven. Zij kwamen met een mooi plan voor mijn nieuwe uitvaartcentrum nadat ik mijn wensenlijstje en amateuristische tekening bij ze had neergelegd. Ik hoefde door hun ideeen geen nieuwe gevel meer aan te schaffen waardoor zij door deze besparing zichzelf direct hadden terugverdiend. Ze zijn in het hele traject bereikbaar en ondersteunend geweest. Ook de aannemer vond de samenwerking heel erg duidelijk en prettig. Ik beveel ze zeker aan.

We worked closely with Here We Are for the extensive renovation of our 3 story 1967 classic row house. Arjan and Dimitri helped us out from concept through to delivery, doing the floor plans, working with the engineer for the extension, designing custom furniture (including an amazing custom kitchen), project managing the everything (communication with the kitchen, carpenters, contractors, etc) and more. I can't stress enough how awesome these guys are, we couldn't have done it without them; or rather we wouldn't have anywhere near the quality we got without them. They have a good knack for making suggestions of materials, methods and layouts we hadn't thought of, while being mindful to make sure we are fully comfortable and happy with the result. We did some major changes in our layout (moving the kitchen from the back to the front of the house, same for the main bathroom, etc) and their problem solving and attention to detail was top notch. For example, they picked up details that we missed such as the alignment of the hallway drop ceiling with the living room door frame. They worked really well with the contractors solving problems and ensuring the finishing was up to scratch. On the design, they provided super useful 3D models of the interior so we could visualize what our custom kitchen, furniture, new bathrooms and layout in general would feel like. Now that we have been living in the finished product for 6+ months, it was pretty spot on to be honest. We love living here so much that we preferred to spend the holiday season at home rather than travel! We are grateful for Here We Are's help to get us our dream home and I can fully recommend them!
