I’ve had a very positive experience with Tax & Solutions. I’ve spoken with Marion several times and I’m genuinely impressed by his professionalism, hard work, and, most of all, his responsiveness. What really stood out was that the very first time I contacted them, I sent an email on a Friday and received a clear, helpful response on Sunday. That level of dedication is not typical in the Netherlands and was a very pleasant surprise. Efficient, reliable and clearly committed to their clients. Highly recommended.

I got the opposite of ‘excellent’ expat service from them. When tax office made an error with our joint filling in 2023, we as expats were left to ourselves to contact tax office and fix it. Edit: In response to the reply: there is no mistake and review stays. The year of submission was 2022 for tax assessment years 2017 to 2020. To clarify, tax office made an error with one of those filing and 2023 is the year when we dealt with the tax office ourselves with hardly any help from your end.

The core work was completed to the required standard, but the overall customer service experience was below expectations. Seeking clarification on figures or processes often resulted in a defensive response, making it difficult to ask questions. Moreover, a routine request for a tax refund adjustment was met with initial pushback, requiring considerable follow-up before it was finally addressed. While the final product was acceptable, the unprofessional demeanor and reluctance to assist made the process frustrating. I cannot recommend this service

I've used TS&S for a provisional tax assessment so I could claim my mortgage interest as well as my M form for 2024. I had a good experience with both and their prices are very reasonable - a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere. It's a budget service rather than a white glove service so bear that in mind but all in all it's excellent value. I'll be continuing to use them in future. On most occasions Mike has been very responsive. On the M form I had a few questions back and forth that helped me get comfortable with the final numbers.

First year working with a tax advisor in the Netherlands as an expat (Ive been here for 5 years) and happy to say I'm never going back to struggling on my own again. Marion was always quick to answer my questions and everything was perfectly explained (and in English!). Highly recommend and looking forward to future tax filings with the T&SS team
