I was referred to Watson Parker by a trusted friend. Unfortunately, my experience with this firm, and in particular with one of its partners, was highly disappointing. My initial appointment was cancelled at the last minute, with a promise to reschedule—this never happened, and I had to follow up myself. When we finally rescheduled, I was sent to an outdated address, arriving at an abandoned building, costing me valuable time from my consultation. No apology or acknowledgment was provided. A second appointment was again cancelled less than an hour before the meeting. Despite repeated attempts to reschedule—through multiple emails and phone calls—no follow-up ever came. After continued silence, I decided to move my business elsewhere. When I shared this feedback directly, the response I received was defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional, ignoring the points I raised. First impressions matter, and Watson Parker failed to meet even basic standards of professionalism, organization, and client service. The partner I met appeared disorganized, and looking back, the signs were clear. Additionally, the firm's branding seems to aim for prestige without substance: their website in its current state displays a building unrelated to their actual office, and lacks any contact information—further warning signs of a firm not operating at a high or conventional standard. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for trustworthy and professional financial or accounting services.

I've been at Watson Parker for a number of years with my two companies. I fully thrust them doing my financials. They're also very helpful whenever I have an additional question about short to long term financial strategy. They outline the pro and cons clearly and let me choose. They usually do follow up question to verify I get all that has been explained - just to absolutely clear. I have only had honest and good conversations with Jenne over many years. I would definitely recommend this company to handle financials for private or company.
