aboutPayments

The exceptional professionalism and remarkably fast, efficient communication of the team have made a lasting impression on me. Every step of the process was handled with the utmost care and reliability, making collaboration highly pleasant and seamless. Even when faced with complex challenges—such as in our case, where the project spanned multiple countries both inside and outside the EU—the team was able to respond quickly and flexibly to our requirements and connect us with the most suitable partners. What stands out in particular is the extraordinary dedication and customer focus, which was evident even in exceptional circumstances, such as during holidays. The willingness to remain available and find solutions demonstrates an outstanding level of service orientation and reliability. Overall, the team’s professional approach and rapid, transparent communication have left a very positive impression on me, and I can wholeheartedly recommend working with them

We used About Payments to help us navigate the complex landscape of payment providers, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Bob Manni provided us with a clear, tailored shortlist of options based on our specific needs, and their recommendations were spot on. Thanks to his guidance, we’re now working with a payment provider that suits our business perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend About Payments to anyone looking for expert advice and reliable support in choosing the right payment solution.

Due to the type of activity that we do, we struggled finding the right partner for payments. Bob from about payments put us in touch with several potential partners including commercegate. Since then, we have a fruitful collaboration with Commercegate and we were able to scale our business
