This company is my worst experience since I moved to the Netherlands. It was recommended to me, I contacted them and explained a complex situation. They prepared a tax return after I sent them several reminders. I received it in the last moment. What they prepared was incorrect and I spent 6 months explaining this to tax authorities. I spent time and money (translations) on providing needed documents confirming the tax return was created incorrectly. Tax authorities wanted to contact the company, without any success. In the end I was right and tax authorities agreeded with me that I should not pay double taxes in the Netherlands. This company is NOT professional.
I would not recommend this company. They will never reply to any emails that you send them with any questions. My experience was terrible , I have submitted all the required documents, (which is via wee transfer btw) and never heard anything back even after I have sent several emails to them. To find out that several months after they didn't do anything and I had to submit my taxes myself. Be careful with whom you work in this country related to taxes.
Quick and quality service. Very flexible in integrating further information and very knowledgeable about our situation having left the country.
