I don't usually give reviews but I really regret becoming a client of Black Tower. They don't have small client's interest at heart and after 5 years they decided to drop me as a client because they decided that the advisory fee they charged wasn't high enough. Without asking if I would maybe want to continue being their client to a higher fee, just straight out sent an email informing that our contract has been terminated. But I am stuck with a 10-year plan with a financial institute that Black Tower already signed me up for and I can't get out of the plan although Black Tower dropped me as a client. I feel very scammed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Lost the shirt off my back to this crew. Oh how I wish I could turn back the clock to one day before I signed up!

Agree with the one star reviews here, no updates, terrible communication, high fees, big losses over 10 years of investment!! And then they drop you and give the details of the company that is not able to speak directly to account holders.

Not recommended, they sell you on this great service but never look at your investments and if you want to discuss the bad returns they just blame it on the current markets and wars even if you can earn more with just a savings accounts, I wish I had never heard of this company.

High pressure sales.
