Zelfs als ik - als verhuurder niet snel genoeg reageer of zaken vergeet - nemen ze direct contact op of bieden ze hun hulp aan. Het gaat uiteindelijk om tevreden huurders ën verhuurders. The whole process with KK Amsterdam went smoothly. Communication was clear, the rental agreement was well explained, and the check-in was organized with all documents and photos provided. Bianca was very polite and helpful during both the viewings and the check-in, which made everything much easier. Also Lyte and Klass were highly supportive and professional in helping with all the necessary paperwork and administrative tasks. Thank you for the support during the move-in!

I had a really great experience with KK Real Estate. They were super helpful, efficient and kind throughout the whole process. Finding a place can be really stressful in the Netherlands, but they made it feel so much easier. You can tell they really care and understand how tough the housing market is. I have nothing but great things to say! Finding an apartment in Amsterdam is hard enough especially being an international student thus I am really appreciative of the whole team. The whole process went smoothly from the beginning and was quite fast. The agents were quick to reply and very considerate, they even provided the contacts of their associates who helped me set up all of my utility contracts. Highly recommend!

I am so satisfied with KK Amsterdam and with their help I was able to rent my desired house without going through any trouble. With their friendly and professional agents, the entire process, from viewing to check-in, was so smooth and clear. They are so responsive and on time that I had peace of mind as the process proceeded. In the meantime, KKAmsterdam introduced me to the Utility Advisor (which was free of charge), and enabled me to arrange my utilities in no time.

Great experience! While finding a rental home in Amsterdam can prove very challenging, KK Amsterdam was a great find and the whole process went very smoothly. The agents are very kind and you can really tell their customer service mentality is far from the norm. Our experience with other agencies was horrible. Usually we would receive just automated email replies and, if we were lucky enough to get a viewing, they would show up with no interest whatsoever and just want to be done with it (and they don't care, since the market is so dynamic, they know someone will rent the place anyways). With KK Amsterdam, starting from the firs email we received from them, we could tell they wanted to put a bit more "humanity" into their interaction with us. I would completely recommend them!!
