Bovenij Makelaars

Super gezellige open dag

We had them doing the taxatie for us. Sadly the communication wasn’t very smooth. They told us their time was being wasted and refused to talk to the bank/notary. I had to call notary, the bank and the makelaar many many times myself just to get the communication going. Very frustrating. I became an expert of Dutch rules and procedures of apraisal which is completely opposite to the idea of hiring someone professional to do it for us.

Patricia is an exceptional person! I had the good fortune of meeting her while in the Netherlands. Without her assistance, I would not have been able to purchase this apartment in Amsterdam. She is intelligent, professional, and compassionate. From the very beginning, she promptly addressed all of my inquiries and requests. As a seasoned real estate agent, she has a vast network of contacts, including mortgage advisors, appraisers, and notaries. She arranged appointments for me with remarkable speed at every stage of the process. Her cheerful demeanor and positive attitude put me at ease throughout the entire experience. I owe my heartfelt thanks to Patricia for enabling me to acquire this delightful apartment. 🙏 ❤️
