A separate individual working with this company first promised us the property, and afterwards I had several phone calls with one of their agents confirming the offer. We even discussed details about our documents and how we could register at the address. While we were told to wait for the contract to be finished, we kept following up because we weren’t receiving any updates. Then, after waiting so long, we were suddenly told that we were "not the only candidates." When I asked how that was even possible after all their confirmations, the agent hung up the phone on me. After that, every time I tried to call back, I was sent directly to voicemail. Their excuse for rejecting us was that I had called "too many times," when in fact I was only following up because of their complete lack of communication. The most shocking part is that the agent even tried to make excuses by saying that we were "not their clients" and that they "never promised us anything." Yet, seconds later, he admitted that the separate individual who first approached us had brought them many clients before and that they were working together. If they cooperate, then we as potential tenants have every right to expect correct information from both sides — not to be misled, ignored, and disrespected. To be clear, I don’t believe the entire company is necessarily the problem — but this specific agent, cooperating with other individuals, gave us false information, failed to provide any updates, contradicted himself, and ultimately behaved rudely and disrespectfully toward us as clients. This is dishonest, manipulative, and completely unprofessional. They wasted our time, gave us false promises, and left us in an even more difficult housing situation. If this is how they treat people before a contract is even signed, imagine the nightmare of dealing with them once you’re actually a tenant with real issues.

The company is really kind to me!! Not only supporting my moving but also carrying my luggage!! I got lucky to meet her and I am really happy that she is in charge of my apartment Thank you for everything~

I’m leaving this review to thank Jeffrey for his warm and helpful attitude. I called from Italy about viewing a property, and I honestly don’t think he could have been any more helpful.

De Bloois Vastgoed was mostly absent in any maintenance request that I made. The worst offense was when the house I stayed in got sold, and they managed the selling process. While I was paying rent and services + management costs (their fee), they failed to transfer the accounts properly, and I was left without internet for more than a month. If energy companies had cut supply after a failed payment, I would have also been left without electricity and gas. They never acknowledged their part in this failure, did nothing to fix it, and were rude via email. When I posted the first review in their previous Google location, they called my phone to remove it + emails, which was very inappropriate. Stay away.
