ESTATA Makelaars

Prachtige foto’s! Kortom we kunnen Estata makelaars zeker aanbevelen.

The company is grossly negligent, without any professionalism and remorse to solve issues they are responsible for. This is a major concern, particularly considering buying a home is a stressful and expensive activity. I would overall strongly advise everyone to avoid doing any business with them. PURCHASE AGREEMENT As the seller makelaar they made major mistakes in the purchase agreement (e.g. seller birth date, changed pre-agreed conditions etc) which we had to correct. INSPECTION For the inspection day they had not checked with the seller if everything was in order - it turned out the water valve was broken and there was no water in the apartment on the day before the notary! The makelaar also never checked if they received all the keys from the seller - we later found out through the VVE there were 3 sets of keys missing. There was also an electricity issue which the seller representative was able to solve 1.5 hours after the start of the inspection. ATTITUDE During the "no water" situation the makelaar did not have any idea how to solve the problem and did not offer any solutions. After 2.5 hours of pointless waiting we asked the seller to call a plumber which finally solved the problem about an hour later (around 19 pm). A few days after the notary, when we contacted the makelaar to inquire about the missing keys, they told us to stop bothering them.
