Dankzij Hans Voorn hebben mijn partner en ik ons droomhuis gevonden en kunnen kopen! Als makelaar zijnde luisterde hij goed naar onze wensen en hielp mee bij het zoeken naar de perfecte woning. We konden dag en nacht bij hem terecht met al onze vragen. Ik raad deze makelaar ten zeerste aan!

Ik ben heel blij dat ik Hans gevonden heb. Hij heeft enorm goed gezocht en op zeer korte termijn voor mij gevonden wat ik wilde. Communicatie en de hele uitvoering van zijn werk was niet anders dan uitstekend. Ik zou geen ander meer nemen als ik dit moest overdoen.

I am very glad Hans was recommended to me. I appreciated the care he took in understanding and discussing my requirements for a home, in explaining the characteristics of the neighborhoods of Maastricht to a newcomer, and in carefully explaining the process to someone who does not yet speak Dutch. We viewed several properties and as a result I changed my requirements somewhat, but I never felt any pressure or frustration from him. I appreciated that he only represents buyers. He is a consummate professional with many years of experience and a deep knowledge of the area. The reports he prepared were extremely thorough and provided quickly. He negotiated effectively, and I believe I obtained a good price on a great home in large part because of his contacts and reputation. I recommend him very highly.

Hiring Hans to help us with buying a property in Maastricht was the best decision we made. He is very professional and has a thorough knowledge of the area and its market. Hans helped us realize and understand which features were truly important for us. His assistance during the viewings was fantastic! Like the Sherlock Holmes of houses, he arrived at the viewing with a ladder and tools and climbed on the roof to check it out. We received from him a very elaborate report for the house that we were interested in, with every information you can think of. We felt very safe with him. More generally, Hans answered all our questions with kindness, wisdom and our best interests at his heart. We felt really supported. Do not look any further. Especially if you are an expat, the Dutch market and procedures are complicated! Hans takes you by the hand from the first wish to get a house and walks with you until the notary. It is a scary and insecure journey but as he said, he was our knight ready to fight for us! We were lucky and found a home quickly, which we love, but in all honesty we felt a bit sad for not being able to spend more time with him.
