Super bedrijf

The waiting time for dropping a container or picking one were very long. The Company didn't provide sufficient sanitary and social conditions for the drivers (only one shower, one toilet and only one small coffee machine, no rest room). The foreign drivers were often given older trucks and trailers (the new ones were given to dutch and some german drivers). The dispos weren't very kind and polite (often if something happened not accordingly to their desire , they tried to pin it on the driver and one had to prove one's innocence in the office by presenting correspondencefrom the multi-functional terminal). Also in case of some minor damages (paint job scratch or car body dent - the owner tried to cover it from drivers loan). I remember as the dispos always tried to push us to the limits (with working time and distances; doing 15h shafts was almost a regular basis). The comany didn't cover bills for emergency parking on Autohof (we had to drive to late hours and when we had to stay overnight on Autohof and presented the bill, they refused to cover it, claiming we didn't have to go to Autohof). There were often situations on delivery or loading places when there were organisational problems but dispos refused to assist or their help was well overdue, but even then they claimed that downtime was driver's fault, not theirs.
