AAME have supported me on tax advice and tax return for almost 5 years, I am very happy with the quality of advice and support, expertise of the team and speed of response.

As an expat in the Netherlands, the tax laws and requirements can be a little bit difficult and one of the most challenging areas is finding a trustworthy firm to help and support you in this area. AAme is a quick responsive, understanding and most importantly honest and provides a the highest quality service at the right prices. one of the most important qualities of AAme is once you are a client the relationship becomes personalized, and they tend to your specific requirements. They will respond to any request very quickly and honestly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any accounting and Tax services .

Do NOT take an introductory conversation or any services as a matter effect with this company to discuss what they can do for you. They will try to charge you ridiculous amounts of money for a call with no substantial tax advice, they send wrong price indications for a introductory conversation (€0), admit that they sent you a wrong price indication, and force you to pay €306 for a call with NO tax advice - the advice was to use their services. Their legal team will then threaten to take you to court if you do not pay or to take you to court if you write a negative review. Oh and (see image) they apparently charge you two hours even if they did not work these amount of hours, great way of earning money by threatening consumers, and by not taking any responsibility when making mistakes by sending wrong monetary agreements (offertes).

Not happy with their services. Over the past three years, they have been responsible for preparing my tax returns, a role they assumed due to my employer's external location to the Netherlands. Initially, I had no complaints for the first two years. However, in the last year, they altered their billing practices unexpectedly, introducing additional charges: - Fees that were not previously applied in the past years. - Charges for additional email correspondence (specifically, two emails requesting information I had already submitted). Moreover, they only issued an invoice for these additional charges after completing the service, despite the expectation that they would provide a quotation beforehand or informing me that extra costs would have been charged. When I reached out to contest these charges, providing thorough explanations for my concerns, I received no response from them.

AAme is very professional in their way of working. In just a matter of few interactions, they will impress with their quality and responsiveness. I've interacted with different people from different teams for various purposes and overall the way jobs are done is very impressive. Very friendly and approachable people. Keep up the good work AAme and hope to continue doing business with you !!

Highly recommended, especially if you are an expat like me! I am really grateful to my employer for chosing AAme as my accountant. Very pleased with all the services I receeived from AAme - starting from day 1 when I was given a welcome briefing till today when I received the tax refund from Belastingdienst while I am overseas. I am an expat in the Netherlands and it is already the second year I come to Aame to be advised about my tax matters. I found a great service and people making me feel comfortable despite for an immigrant a foreign tax return may appear cumbersome. The advantage is not only the valuable advice, but also the fact that they tried always to get the highest possible tax benefit for me, which is of course very good. I would definitely suggest Aame!
